Company Overview
The organisation is Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s most trusted and leading manufacturer of portable cabins, labour quarter cabins, PU cabins, engineering works, etc. It is specialist in temporary site facilities, site enabling work and involved mainly in modular construction and prefabrication construction, with more than 30 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Manager/Project Engineer at project site, to deliver good quality project within stipulated timeframe
• To coordinate and monitor Subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 daily activities at project site
• To coordinate with Subcontractors and ensuring in meeting targeted work progress
• To coordinate and supervise Subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 quality & workmanship in accordance to design and drawing specifications
• To conduct necessary quality inspection together with Client\xe2\x80\x99s Inspector & Subcontractors according to QAQC checklist
• To coordinate material delivery, logistics and necessary arrangement
• To attend Clients\xe2\x80\x99 progress and coordination meeting
• To chair Subcontractor meeting regularly
• To maintain housekeeping and implement safety practices
• To be sensitive and responsive on Client\xe2\x80\x99s expectation to uphold company branding & reputation
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction industry
• Experience in Green Building Construction is preferable
• Willing to travel
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Teamwork is an essential characteristic to achieve goals and objectives
• Able to work under stress, fast paced and high safety standard environment
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
• Working Hours: 6 Days Week
