Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
Relevant working experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction and Interior Design industry
Basic knowledge of construction drawings, site operations, and safety standards
Able to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors effectively
Good communication and reporting skills
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently on site
Willing to work full-time on site and follow instructions from the Project Manager
Tanggungjawab
Supervise daily construction activities on site to ensure smooth operations
Monitor work progress and ensure tasks follow the approved schedule and drawings
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site
Ensure quality of workmanship meets project specifications and standards
Enforce site safety rules, PPE usage, and report any hazards or incidents
Manage material usage, storage, and minimize wastage on site
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and basic site records
Report site progress, issues, or delays to the Project Manager
Attend site meetings, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings
Assist in defect rectification and project handover activities
