Job Description

Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise daily site works and coordinate with subcontractors on job site. \xe2\x80\xa2 To study project drawings and ensure all construction works are implemented in accordance to approved drawings and project specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all works carried out are handled in accordance with relative work instructions and project requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate any qualities issues and problems at the project sites, and carry out rectification works, if any. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in implementing site activities, site procedures and site instructions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor, record and report project progress daily. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor closely to achieve timely completion of every section of works. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with clerk of works and supervise the sub-contractors to ensure the project progress is on schedule without hindrance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To Arrange Request For materials for site. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any Engineering or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate in Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with construction drawings and construction process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently, self \xe2\x80\x93 motivated and resourceful. \xe2\x80\xa2 Position to be based in Kota kinabalu, sabah. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to Outstation if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to do Overtime when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in furniture carpentry work.
