Job Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site work and personnel, both direct workers and subcontractors.
Monitor progress, resources, and project timelines to stay on schedule.
Attend site meetings and report on progress to the Project Manager and Site Engineer.
Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are followed by everyone on site.
Identify and solve on-site issues by working with the Project Manager.
Understand and interpret construction drawings related to your work.
Manage materials and manpower to meet project needs.
Job Requirement
Experience in construction site supervision.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills for handling on-site issues.
Alert and attentive to workers' needs and site conditions.
Must be able to work diligently and faithfully.
