• Diploma/Degree in Project/Construction Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh gradute or 2 years of working experience in site supervision.
• Able to liaise with consultants, contractors
• Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and disciplined.
• The candidate shall be proactive, positively motivated, a good team player, have strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required language: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

• Supervise & monitor sub-contractors & workers.
• Supervise the delivery & distribution of Material of Site.
• Assist in resource planning to meet the construction schedule.
• Ability to read BQ and construction drawings.
• Ensuring contractor\'s compliance with the contracts, plans, specifications, regulations, and standards.
• Attending various meeting inclusive site meeting, sub- contractor meeting, etc.
• Coordinate and resolve on-site construction issues and report the construction status to superiors/consultants.
