Job Description
Requirement1)Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field2) Proven work experience as a supervisor or any department in the construction company3) Basic knowledge of first aid practices4) Familiar with the construction tools and equipment5) Ability to work for long hours6) Good analytical and communication skils7 ) Strong leadership qualitiesResponsibility1) Overseeing the progress of all construction activities2) Ensuring all on site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations3) Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols4) Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on site workers5) Interpreting building plan ands construction blueprints6) conducting site inspections to ensure is it free from any safety hazards7) Ensuring the workers follow site safey procedures8) Handling any on site accidents with the uttermost care and awareness .
