Job Description

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent level on Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Quantity Surveyor or any construction related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
• Able to read & understand construction drawing. (Layout Plan, Demolishing Plan, M&E Drawing etc.)
• Strong knowledge on construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Site location: Petaling Jaya.
• Possess valid driving license & own motor vehicle travelling to site.

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for proper deployment of company\'s resources such as machineries, equipment materials, and manpower to ensure compliance to work standards by properly coordinating, planning, reporting of works and supervising workers.
• Controlling of work execution in accordance to time and quality requirement.
• Coordinate and manage daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and maintain construction quality standards, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Checking work quality and arrange for necessary inspection by client at all stages.
• Keep accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, materials usage, equipment maintenance, and incident reports.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
