We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team.: Site SupervisorAs a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations on various job sites. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site renovation activities.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project timelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit site reports and documentation.
• Manage site resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 ~ 5 years of experience in site supervision within the interior design, build, and renovation industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
