• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site work coordination, management supervision, and quality of work to ensure compliance with the construction schedule.
• Prepare, maintain, and review technical documentation such as drawings and detailed specifications for the project.
• Supervise work executed to ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time within the budget.
• Monitor daily site activities and take prompt action on all technical and site issues to ensure the project progress is always on track.
• Organize and coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and workers to ensure quality is in conformance with specifications and requirements to complete jobs.
• Assist in checking delivery orders and materials received and ensure the unloading materials are arranged at the designated area.
• Responsible for work planning of site activities and maintaining project administration.
• Provide regular updates to superiors on the progress of construction activities.
• Attend site meetings and examine inspection work progress.
• Examining equipment and construction sites to ensure that health and safety requirements are met.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
