Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor the progress of construction projects & ensure compliance with construction drawings & specification.

2. Review contract documents, consultant's drawings, work method statement and specifications in order to maintain familiarity with assigned projects.

3. Coordinate, monitor and inspect work frequently to ensure compliance of the standards and requirements by witnessing daily inspection, conducting appropriate test and certification.

4. Produce and maintain all relevant files, documents, reports and daily log;

5. Attend all relevant meetings such as client-consultant-meeting, client-consultant-contractor-meeting, technical meeting and site meetings, so to provide constructive comments and reports for project necessary actions.

6. Supervise inspection and quality control works according to the specifications used in the contract.

7. Supervising / educating site workers on daily site operation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.

Must have experience in I.D. work how to control quality of work with proper termination of work.

The candidate must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Melayu/English. Good communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Required skill(s): MS Office - Especially MS Word & MS Excel, AutoCad.
