About the role

As a Site Supervisor at INTIGA SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities at our project sites in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required specifications Monitor and maintain site safety, implementing safety protocols and procedures to protect workers and the public Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes that arise Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor Identify and resolve any problems or bottlenecks that could impact the progress of the project Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the project Provide support and guidance to construction workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Management or similar education background Can work independently Experienced in stone/marble would be recommended but not mandatory Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to changing situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance on site Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project Schedule and Auto-Cad Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
