Job Description
- -EPF/SOCSO/EIS provided - Medical Claim - Travelling allowance - Annual Leave - Performance Bonus
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Preferably AT LEAST 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley Area.
- Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team & independently, trustworthy, honest, fair and good judgment.
- Process with own transport.
- Able to start immediately
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Supervise all construction site activities, monitor the work progress.
- Discuss with sub-contractors on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay.
- Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied.
- Ensure the material receipts are being delivered to the designated location.
- Prepare weekly & monthly progress report as required by superior for reporting.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
