Job Responsibilities :
Experience within construction housing
Supervise all site activities, monitor the work progress.
Discuss with sub-contractors on daily work schedule and resolve any outstanding matters that can cause delay.
Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied.
Carry out necessary site inspections from time to time.
Liaise and coordinate with designers/contractors at site and submit written report accordingly.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the superior/management.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers)
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be able to read building plan and site drawing
Must posses own transport and willing to be based in Kuantan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
