Requirements:

Certificate in Civil or Building Engineering or other other related fields.
Possess 3-4 years supervisory and management experience in construction.
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirement pertaining to constructions, safety, building by laws and etc.
Ability to manage a broad portfolio of concurrent projects and willing to travel or transfer to other site.
Able to coach and guide subordinates to handle survey instruments.
Excellent communication, organizing and planning skills.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Willing work in Johor (Kulai).

Scopes:

Supervise and support the site management and contractors in performing their duties diligently and efficiently.
Coordinate interfacing construction activities of various contractors on site.
Plan the work schedule or programme and monitor the overall work progress.
Liaise and coordinate with consultants such as architect, engineer, quantity surveyor and etc in pertaining to the design as well as costing of particulars projects.
Assess, evaluate and verify contractors\' claim.
Ensure proper materials, quality of works and cost control on site.
Coach and guide the subordinates on handling of survey instrument.
Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed at site.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management to you from time to time.
