Job Description

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Construction Control

Supervise daily construction activities across civil, structural, and M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements. Coordinate site works with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth execution and progress. Monitor work progress and report site status, issues, and delays to the Site Manager.
Quality Control & Technical Compliance

Ensure construction works meet quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct inspections on workmanship, materials, and installation methods. Assist in identifying and rectifying defects or non-conformances.
Coordination & Communication

Liaise with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure work continuity. Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals as required.
Material & Resource Control

Monitor material deliveries, usage, and storage to avoid damage, loss, or shortages. Ensure manpower and resources are effectively deployed according to the work plan.
Requirements:

Diploma or abouve, with 5+ years of project experience in construction & engineering area. Registered with CIDB. Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate is an advantage. Engaged in minimum 2 projects as site supervision with a main contractor. Basic knowledge of Malaysian construction standards, safety requirements, and site practices. Strong communication and coordination skills.
