Job Description
A. Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for working collaboratively with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out on schedule.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Oversee construction progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Site works, materials, labors & machineries verification, monitoring & supervision.
- Resolve site problems that may arise.
- Certificate/Diploma in Building/ Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
- 2 years of experience in the field (housing/industrial).
- Proven working experience in construction site works.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Able to study and familiar with construction drawings.
- Highly organized and able to plan ahead.
- Good understandings on the construction process.
