Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the crane operators and transport crew during lifting operations. The Site Supervisor will be expected to ensure that the equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with the client on project requirements and ensuring that operations proceed effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Experience in heavy equipment operations, particularly with cranes and transport Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and supervise a team of operators and crew members Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operations Ability to read and write in Bahasa & English Minimum SPM or Diploma Holder. Experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or construction industries is a plus Familiarity with local regulations and certification requirements for crane operations is a plus
