Job Description
Responsibilities
- To check, coordinate & monitor daily construction activities at the site
- Coordinate with subcontractors & suppliers on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in material managements - preparation of R.O.M (Request of Materials), to check & acknowledge receipt of material delivered to site
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures & site measurements
- Update manpower forecasts
- Reports on all aspects of site progress, site issues and incidents to the Site Manager/Project Manager
- Possession of a Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a field related to construction or civil engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, highly discipline, responsible in work and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in Lekir, Sitiawan,Perak
- Literate in computer & responsive on whatsapp group
- Must possess own transport
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Day shift
- Overtime pay
- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
- Site Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
