We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor at
southern region (Malacca/ Johor)
to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of work on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise site works according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and related documentation.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at all times.
Assist the Project Manager with site planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willing to travel and be based at project sites.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
