Job Description

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all site works to ensure progress and quality meet project requirements. Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively for daily operations. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or coordination issues on-site. Liaise with Project Manager, Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Ensure compliance with site safety, health, and environmental regulations. Report any unsafe practices or conditions to the Safety and Health Officer (SHO). Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and photo records. Verify and monitor materials deliveries, usage, and stock levels. Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization at all times. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities when required. Supervise rework or rectification works to maintain project quality standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
