Site Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations of the site, understanding site dairy reports.
Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & reposting daily of work progress on site.
Work alongside with Project Manager.
Conduct regualr inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials.
Evaluating the performance of vendors/suppliers/subcons and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Supervise and evaluate vendors/suppliers/subcons & keep accurate records of workers attendance and timesheets & maintaining an accurate record of site attendance.
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Analysing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Control and monitor site cleanliness & work place comply to applicable local authority regulations.
