Supervise daily construction activities and manage site workers
Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinate with main contractors, workers and suppliers for timely execution of site work
Monitor progress and report any delays or issues to the Main Contractor
Conduct regular site inspections and implement safety protocols
Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports and attendance records
Assist in resolving on-site issues or conflicts promptly
Facilitate effective communication between site teams and project management
Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction-related roles
Solid knowledge of construction methods, safety rules, and quality assurance standards
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment
Willing to travel or be based at project sites as required
Able to read dump level
Preferred/ Advantageous:
Possession of valid CIDB Green Card
Familiarity with interpreting construction drawings
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
