We are seeking a competent and highly motivated Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day operations at our construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and daily logs.
- Resolve site issues and communicate promptly with the project manager.
