Job Summary:



The OSP Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, and maintenance of outside plant fiber and copper network infrastructure. This role ensures that all on-site work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for OSP projects. Monitor and coordinate with client and subcontractor to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with permits and local authority requirements. Track project progress, material usage, and manpower; report updates to the Project Manager. Identify and resolve site issues or delays promptly. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment on site. Maintain accurate daily reports, site diaries, photo documentation and assist team members on project. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
