Job Description

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS



1. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

2. Coordinate with QC and SHE on related matters.

3. Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

4. Maintain records and prepare reports related to the work.

5. Work with the Engineers to resolve issues related to operations and new product realization.

6. Work and cooperate with other sections to foster a positive working environment with open communications.

7. Accountable for 5S and adhere to housekeeping and safety procedures.

8. Other duties and responsibilities assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & JOB REQUIREMENTS



1. Have a strong knowledge and passion in supervisory role in a mechanical assembly manufacturing or similar environment.

2. Possesses a diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.

3. Preferably with prior supervisory experience in a mechanical assembly related environment.

4. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel.

5. Possesses good interpersonal skills and computer literate

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
