Job Description

Our client has extensive credentials in the housing industry and specialises in building affordable homes for diverse buyers including the medium income group, in line with the increasing demand for property. While currently expanding their portfolio, existing developments are mainly located in the booming mukim of Teluk Panglima Garang, ranging from terrace to semi-detached homes.

They are currently seeking for a Site Supervisor for their SPNB housing project based in PERAK (Kuala Kangsar, Taiping), a fresh Diploma/Degree holder graduates with a background of Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field are encouraged to apply. Candidate with Building Maintenance working experience are also encouraged to apply. Candidate must be willing to travel, holds a driving license and own a car.

1. Managing and instructing the site workers, and monitoring their performance.

2. Monitor site activities, and take photos and reporting of site progress.

3. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials.

4. Able to read construction drawing (C&S, M&E) and troubleshooting problem occured on site.

5. Good communication and negotiation skill with supplier, client and workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
