Job Description

Position: Site supervisor



Location: Permatang Pauh



Working Hours:



Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM



Saturday: Rotational basis (8AM to 5PM)



Responsibilities



Oversee and coordinate daily activities with Structural, Architectural and M&E teams



Manage defect rectification processes and conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections



Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.



Requirements



Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination



Strong communication and organizational skills



Ability to work independently and proactively resolve site-related issues



Open to both male and female candidates



Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for architectural accuracy and defect detection



Salary Range



RM3,000 to RM4,700(commensurate with experience and qualifications)



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
