Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exhibit proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation to ensure accurate execution of design plans.
• Apply knowledge of safety management practices to maintain a safe and compliant construction site.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Assist in site supervision activities, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and quality standards.
• Support team leadership efforts by fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily progress reports, safety logs, and material inventories.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of the design plans.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
