Job Description

Leadership & Coordination:

Directing workers, delegating tasks, and coordinating with various trades (subcontractors).

Project Monitoring:

Ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Safety Management:

Enforcing health & safety regulations, conducting briefings (toolbox talks), and ensuring a safe environment.

Quality Control:

Making sure work meets quality standards and owner expectations.

Site Logistics:

Managing materials, equipment (cranes, forklifts), site cleanliness, and traffic flow.

Reporting:

Preparing daily/weekly reports, site diaries, and progress updates for management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
