• Candidate must Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Required Skills : MS Office.
• Have 3 years relevant Working Experience.
• Willing to Travel / Outstation when necessary.
• Possess Own Transportation and Computer Literate.
• Preferable Mandarin Speaking Candidate.
• Preferably with CIDB Certification.
• Able to Communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Able to Work Independently with all Supervision.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill, with the ability to form Good Teamwork and with a Positive Work Attitude.
• Able to Start Immediately.

Tanggungjawab

• To Manage, Supervise and Oversee Sub-Contractors Works in accordance to Design and Drawing Specification
• Prepare, Implement and Monitor Project Schedules and Reporting on Overall Quality of Site Works and Project Progress.
• Assist Project Manager to Ensure Strict Works / Schedule Conformance before Handover.
• Responsible on Daily Site Activity Reporting to Project Manager.
• To Plan, Organize, Implement and Monitor assigned Project at Site.
• To Ensure Site Works are executed and Housekeeping are Performed regularly.
• To Liaise with Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Clients to ensure All Works are carried as per Drawings and Specification.
• To attend and Participate in Site Meeting, Review Inspection Meetings, Completes Inspection Meetings.
• Prepare and Generate Progression Reports for Management Review.
