Site Supervisor - Interior Design & Fit-Out

Responsibilities

Assist the Construction Manager in managing project costs, verifying vendor claims, and monitoring material delivery schedules. Prepare insurance cover notes as required. Ensure smooth site operations and supervise on-site activities. Track material arrivals, manage on-site storage, and prepare work forecast schedules. Maintain proper site documentation and filing in compliance with ISO procedures. Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports. Arrange site protection measures, hoarding, signage, and safety equipment. Support the Project Manager / QS in verifying vendor claims and preparing supporting documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum

SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design

(or equivalent). Proficient in

MS Office

and

Microsoft Project

. Good command of

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

. Minimum

2 years' experience

in an Interior Design and Fit-Out company. Preferably experienced as a

Senior/Junior Supervisor

in Architecture/Interior Design. Willing to work long hours to meet project deliverables. Must possess own transport. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently on-site with minimal supervision. Positive working attitude, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
