Job Description
- Possess own transport & willing to travel from the office to various sites as required.
- Knowledge in construction tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills and be computer literate.
- Strong site knowledge and capability to solve site issues.
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities
- Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site
- To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements
- Minimized material and manpower wastage
- Handle labor and supplier disputes
- Optical Claim
