Job Summary

YS Electrical & Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible and dedicated

Site Supervisor

to oversee construction projects and ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be involved in supervising site activities, monitoring safety and quality standards, and liaising with contractors, workers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Conduct site inspections to ensure required quality of work is achieved. Supervise and instruct the construction team, subcontractors, and workers. Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols. Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance. Lead daily

tool-box meetings

. Evaluate performance of construction employees and institute disciplinary measures when necessary. Ensure team delivers high-quality work at all times. Inform management of any equipment repair or maintenance needs. Liaise with owners, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other construction staff. Analyse blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to improve efficiency. Monitor and report project progress to clients and managers. Assist in transportation of materials to site (including collecting/delivering materials if required). Assist in transportation of workers to site (including fetching from accommodation if required).

Requirements

Qualification: From SPM up to Diploma level. Experience: Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Languages: Proficient in

Malay & English

. Working hours:

8.30am - 5.30pm (Sunday off)

. Salary:

RM2,500 - RM3,500

(based on experience).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
