Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Site Management practices, including planning, organizing, and overseeing construction activities.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain Quality Control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Excellent Communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong Problem Solving skills to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Experience or knowledge in Construction Supervision, including monitoring progress, ensuring safety compliance, and managing resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce site safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, material inventory, and equipment usage.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or discrepancies promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to the Project Manager as needed.
• Supervise and provide guidance to site workers, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
