To be responsible for day to day running of the maintenance works and to supervise maintenance workers and co-ordinate with Sub-Contractor on the progress of job and to confirm that work is carried out to the required standard with minimum risk to men, equipment and materials.
To lead and supervise a team of maintenance WTs to strike for optimum efficiency, productivity and quality in accordance with customers schedule and specifications.
To perform maintenance works and this shall include ACMV Maintenance Works, High or Low Voltage Electrical Maintenance Works, telecommunication maintenance, lighting and earthling works maintenance, public address system maintenance, fire protection system maintenance and other applicable mechanical and electrical maintenance works as per maintenance specifications.
To ensure that all maintenance work carried out are handled in accordance with the relevant maintenance method statements.
To perform related maintenance inspection for customers from time to time.
To check and order material required from the purchasing department for ELV to use.
To take material for ELV usage from the storehouse.
To check maintenance workers attendance at site and report to immediate superior or HR Department on any absenteeism.
To be responsible for maintenance work quality problem solving and improvement at site.
To be on stand by 24 hours for emergency on-call services during customer's "Shut-down" period.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by BOD.
