Pay: 2,200.00 (MYR)-3,500.00 (MYR) per month

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)

Saturday working full day (8am-5pm)

Schedule, control, and monitor all resources and materials every week to ensure optimal allocation and uninterrupted workflow. Communicate with subcontractor regarding site specifications and adjustments. Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes. Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors. Coordinate with the Site Manager on subcontractor scheduling and material ordering to ensure timely site execution and resource availability.
Job Requirement:

Experience in supervising construction or ID projects. Be able to liaise with clients, project managers, regulatory authorities & stakeholders Dynamic, positive attitude, ability to anticipate project needs, meet deadlines with little supervision Ability to handle multiple projects and work assignments efficiently and effectively. Have knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works is an added advantage. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage). At least 2 years of working experience specializing in Kitchen Cabinet /Interior Design or related fields is required for this position.
