Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on residential and commercial renovation sites Coordinate and supervise carpentry work and other trades to ensure quality and safety Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication Monitor project timelines, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient progress Conduct site inspections and address defects or delays swiftly and diplomatically Maintain site documentation including progress reports and checklists

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in carpentry or interior fit-outs Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and ensure precise implementation Excellent communication in English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken & written) Possesses own transport and willing to travel to project sites
