project located in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
. The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience in building, industrial, or M&E/CSA works.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and highlight non-conformities for rectification.
Assist in verifying materials, workmanship, and site installations.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Support the Construction Manager/Engineer in resolving site issues and implementing instructions.
Ensure site safety compliance and enforce proper housekeeping on-site.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, M&E, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
site supervision experience in building, industrial, M&E, or data center projects.
Good understanding of CSA and/or M&E installation works.
Able to read construction drawings and follow technical instructions.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiar with site safety practices, method statements, and work sequences.
Able to work at site full-time in
Senawang, Negeri Sembilan
.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
