• Candidate with / without working experience also welcome to apply (0-2 years).
• Preferred candidate with an interest or background in renovation management.
• Able speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferable those who know Mandarin.
• Ability to juggle multiple task.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ensuring project run smoothly and complete on time.
• Ensure all works to be carry out according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
• Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
• Able to pre-amp and resolve problem that arises on site with minimum supervision.
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Conduct site survey and measurement work
• To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring & supervising the work of the subcontractor.
• Record daily site progress report/site diary
• Supervise & Coordinate site works
• Plan, organize & manage site schedule
• Report progress to project manager
• To manage site workers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the project deadlines are met
• Liaise with interior designers, vendors, contractors and clients to ensure the smooth completion of project
• Process project rise, issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Perform quality checks on the project\'s materials & construction quality
• To generate & compile Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.
• Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.
