Requirements
Achieve at least Diploma
Minumum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry, Interior fit-out, cabinetry/joinery industry will be in advantage.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues that arise on-site
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
A valid driving license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
Willing to travel to outstation
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities and ensure alignment between factory and site installation teams.
Track project work progress, and deadlines; highlight delays early and propose corrective actions.
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
Ensure that project team maintaining proper documentation, daily site reports and inspections
Participating in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
Gather all project information i.e. schedules, data request, assignments, tasks and project meetings
Maintain document & drawings control, database management, track project activities and team communication
Responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity
Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager / Project Director
Compiling Final Documentation of construction and QAQC works
