About the role

As a Site Supervisor (Construction) at the JT SUN BUILDERS SDN BHD, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the construction site and personnel, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. This contract position is based in Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of tradespeople, subcontractors, and labourers on the construction site Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications and timelines Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site Prepare site reports, progress updates and maintain accurate documentation and records. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings and ensure workers follow site safety rules. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures Attend meetings with clients, consultants and other stakeholders as required. Support project teams with presentations, reporting and coordination tasks.

What we're looking for

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Diploma/Degree in

Building,

Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering

or related field. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Willing to travel and having own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
