Role : Site/Project Supervisor Salary : RM2,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM2,300 Working Day : Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30am) Saturday (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 12.00pm) alternate

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Analyzing plan to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring construction processes.
• To monitor sub-contractor at work site, site machinery usage, site material planning and etc.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
• Checking and approving materials and equipment at point of delivery to site.
• Attending site visit.

Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A\' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree. \xc2\xb7 Experience in the construction industry is required \xc2\xb7 Experience in a leadership role is recommended. \xc2\xb7 Ability to keep track of multiple projects. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in mechanical and electrical. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs
