Job Description

:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who is experienced and well-organized, with good technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and masonry works.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations. Plan and arrange site work systematically to ensure smooth progress and timely completion. Monitor and coordinate subcontractors' work (plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, etc.). Attend project meetings and provide technical input or feedback when necessary. Check quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with design, safety, and company standards. Prepare and submit site progress reports, including material usage and work updates. Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating between office and site teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction or renovation projects. Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and masonry works. Able to read drawings and plan site work effectively. Organized, responsible, and able to lead workers efficiently. Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
