Job description 1) Manage Workforce: Supervise and allocate tasks to the site workforce; ensuring efficient utilization of resources. 2) Monitor Work Progress: Regularly monitor and inspect the work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications. 3) Asset Management and Material Arrangement: Responsible for taking care of company vehicles and machinery, as well as managing material arrangement for project. 4) Project Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with project manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. 5) Communication and Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, including work updates, issues, and milestones. Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Have experience in civil work for Outside & Inside Plant is added advantage Have experience in fiber work (pulling, splicing, testing) for Outside & Inside Plant is added advantage Able to work overtime & travel outside Penang if required Must be team player with good attitudes Have valid B2 & D license. With Strong communication skills and execution abilities. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Full-Time position(s) available. Fresh graduated are welcome. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
