All interns or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
No experience is welcome too.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

Manage, oversee, schedule, and direct day-to-day project site activities.
Plan, execute the designated site schedule and monitor and report project details to the company.
Plan, develop and implement quality work control programs and document all variations, defects, site conditions, and site progress.
Confer and communicate with the team, customers & contractors to discuss and resolve work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Able to identify and eliminate all possible safety hazards according to the project regulation and safety codes.
Ensures project costs are managed and requisition supplies and materials for projects.
Access/ key management for projects and collect, deliver/ update information for projects.
Solve project and construction problems, give the command, and propose practical solutions.

Note: As long as you are willing to learn, these are not problems.
