Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Monitor site work and supervision arrangement of roll-on-site works and other activities carried out at the construction site.
• To be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with consultants, clients and external parties.
• Coordination of sub-contractors\' works and their resource including workers and machinery at the site.
• To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
• Ensure that the completed works / products are according to specification.
• Assist Project Coordinator in the planning of manpower and other resources to ensure maximum distribution of work and minimize disruption to work progress.
• Carry out joint inspection with the consultant / client\xe2\x80\x99s representatives.
• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensuring that quality/types/dimensions are as per the specified requirements.
• Check daily attendance of all sub-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s workers for late arrival, absence, early departure and false claim, etc.
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site.
• To attend the site meeting with Management, Site Agent & sub-contractors.
• To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

• Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Engineering (Civil & Structure) or Mechanical Engineering (M&E) experience in related field.
• Familiar with building construction
• Preferably 5 years experience in related field.
• Knowledge in construction specialist work.
• Able to lead and supervise site workers.
• Knowledge in using MS Office & MS Project
• Required read & write Mandarin which required communicate Mandarin speaking associates.
