Key Requirements

Education:

Recognized Diploma or Certificate in

Civil Engineering

or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum

2-4 years

of site experience, specifically with

high-rise building construction

.

Skills:

Proficient in

MS Project, AutoCAD

, and

Microsoft Office

.

Attributes:

Self-motivated, independent, possesses initiative, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Work Location:

Kota Warisan, Sepang.
Core Responsibilities

Site Management:

Direct, supervise, and control the work of direct labor and subcontractors to ensure the completion of tasks on schedule and to the required quality standard.

Quality & Safety:

Conduct inspections at various construction stages, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings. Uphold the QESH Management System, legal requirements, and act accountably for preventing work-related injury and ill health.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain all project documentation, including daily reports on progress, worker count, and site activities. Report any progress roadblocks to the Project/Site Engineer. Ensure all inspection forms are signed off before handover.

Compliance:

Familiarize with and implement project scheduling, drawings, method statements, and inspection plans.

Housekeeping:

Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and vigilance to prevent material misuse or damage.
