Job Description

• To monitor and support installation on a day to day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within to budget and quality standards.
• To lead team at site to get production as follow to what have been targeted by engineer daily/weekly.
• To understand the work method statement, drawings, guide site team members, planning for work to execute.
• Responsibility for his site on production, quality and safety.
• To engage at all time with site engineer for site progress and problem.
• Before works starts, supervisor with support by Engineer (if needed) to get things ready by taking on staff, and preparing the site, carefully planning the work to be done and discuss team members on the planning and work execution.
• To keep in close contact with site team members all times, and liaise with Site Engineer and surveyors.
• To ensure that work complies with project regulations and health land safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.
• To work together with site engineer to ensure the deadline for completing work is met.
• To produce Daily Site report on progress/delay on that particular day.
• To ensure the work completion meet the installation target as planned and provide mitigation plan to overcome the delay, with direct discussion with Site engineer.
• To inform site engineer the resources needed to add based on work plan.
• To understand the drawings and discuss with engineer for material delivery to site for installation.

Tools to be used for reporting

• To engage at all time to site engineer for site progress/delay via Whatsapp and phone call.
• Direct reporting via whatsapp and call for problem at site which he cannot solve to get immediate support from Site Engineer.

Additional Detail Work Scope

• To plan and execute mobilization work for his team with support from site engineer.
• To ensure site team have sufficient tools for work. To inform site engineer for additional tool/equipment needed.
• To produce Site Record (daily site record, quality record)
• To support site engineer respond on NCR/OBS closure.

Job Requirement

• Possess Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 10 years of working experience in similar capacity.
• Must possess CIDB Green Card.
• Advantage for those possess Competency Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga/Energy Commission (Wireman-PW4, PW2 and Chargeman)

Required Skills

• Site supervision, project management.
• Sound technical knowledge and capable to solving technical and site issues.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision Knowledge.
• Ability to organize and coordinate site activities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS office application Hardworking. responsible, self-motivated and team player.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
