Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Monitor work progress, ensuring it aligns with project schedules. Able to read Architectural and Engineering drawings and to carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction / installation works. Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the works. Provide regular status updates and address concerns and issues that may arise during construction. Maintain safe and clean working environment on procedures, rules and regulations. Preparing the necessary paper work or project related documentation regarding construction site or activities. Supervise subcontractors and workers with the objective of completing the project on time as well as meets the quality and profitability of the project as according to specification.

Qualifications:

SPM

or equivalent. Minimum

3- 5 years related working experience

in the construction field. Proficient in

Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Other Requirements:

This position is based in

Serdang, Kedah

, candidate must be willing and able to work at this location. Possesses a valid

motorbike licence (Class B2)

. Able to work in

challenging environments

, including forest reserve project areas. Preferably

local candidates from Serdang or Junjong

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
