Role Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities?

. Project Execution & Site Management

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and site workforce. Track progress against project schedule and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project deadlines.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct routine site inspections and promptly resolve any construction issues. Support procurement and timely delivery of materials to maintain uninterrupted site workflow. Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower, and material usage. Enforce workplace health and safety standards; ensure full PPE compliance. Liaise with authorities and ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements. Assist in preparing progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records.

3. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

Identify and address on-site issues, discrepancies, or conflicts in technical drawings. Provide practical solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary. Recommend improvements to site processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

4. General & Ad-Hoc Duties

Assist management with other project-related tasks as assigned. Attend site meetings, client walkthroughs, and inspections when required.

Requirements & Skills?

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Malaysian construction sector. Solid understanding of construction techniques, safety standards (e.g., CIDB, DOSH), and materials. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Able to work independently under pressure and in fast-paced site environments.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
